Lisa Turner has a personal interest in the achievement of difficult, but highly rewarding, goals. In 1997 after 20 months and 1,834 hours of design and building effort, Lisa made the first test flight in an aircraft she built entirely by herself in her garage. She became the first female in the world to build and fly a Pulsar XP, a two place composite aircraft with a top speed of 165MPH. Lisa has completed a second aircraft, a two place tube and fabric Kolb, and is now working on a Rotorway helicopter. Lisa says, "I dreamt about building flying machines from the age of 6. If you combine tenacious enthusiasm with a goal setting and time management system, you can achieve your dreams." Lisa is an FAA certificated A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) Mechanic and licensed Private Pilot. The lessons she learned while accomplishing her most cherished goals are now in a teleclass called Your Achievement Formula, where Lisa shares with others the tips and tricks she used to build her flying machines.
